Yoga - In Person & Online

Louise teaches weekly Vinyasa, Restore, Pre-Natal & Mums n Bubs classes. She also loves to create bespoke yoga experiences - weddings, workplaces, hens or birthdays.

Our boutique Surfside Yoga studio is located in Mona Vale, and beach yoga takes place at Narrabeen Beach.

Our online classes are live so Louise can see you moving through your practice, and provide verbal assists. This makes your virtual yoga experience as close as you can get to an in-person class!
